About the NISG

The North Idaho Senior Games is a social and recreational, yet competitive experience. The games encourage better health and fitness of men and women age 50 and better, regardless of residence. The level of competitiveness is up to you!

There are 14 events with competition in diversified age categories. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded in all age groups for competitive sports.
